Broker Connection

I want to get more familiar with kafka and have trouble implementing it.
Specifically getting error not being able to connect to broker and
therefore not being able to use it. Would love osm advice. I am using
windows and have configured everything correctly I believe. I can't think
of why it's not working.

Let me know where to ask or what to do.
