PortletUtil works only with MyFaces
Stan,
The PortletUtil class currently only works with the MyFaces
implementation, right?
Therefore I think we should move it to impl source root to make this
clear for the end user.
Any objections to this?

No compile issue, but a functional: The MyFaces impl sets a request
scope flag during the Lifecylce. Without this flag both methods in
PortletUtil always return false.

The *beast* has the following import statements
import javax.faces.context.FacesContext;
import javax.portlet.RenderResponse;
so, it needs JSF API and PORTLET API
no MyFaces stuff needed ;)
