Hi, 

I had the same problem as you with problem[1], but realised that it worked
when I changed 
<s:url value="/ws/serviceRequest!viewService.action" />
to
<s:url value="/ws/serviceRequest_viewService.action" />

Not really :) As I mentioned in my email I fixed it
that same day.

My answer fixed my problem; IIRC Musachy found the
actual problem and patched it... Look for other msgs
with the same topic and you'll probably find it.
