Version 2.0 Release Candidate 1 Posted

Hi All,

There is now a v2.0 release candidate 1 jar file posted. Please check it
out thoroughly so that the next release can be cut.

The documentation needs updating very badly (especially the contributors
section).

Also, anybody who has documentation on getting the distribution working
with specific app servers please post the instructions so that they can be
included in the distribution. If they are in HTML format that would be even
better.

This conversation kinda died again.  I'd like to be able to start on this,
but quite frankly, I'm up to my armpits already, as soon as time frees I'll
be able to help out.  Has anyone else started writing bits for this yet?
