[jira] [Created] (XERCESJ-1561) Eclipse launch config to run unit tests.

Chris Simmons created XERCESJ-1561:
--------------------------------------

Summary: Eclipse launch config to run unit tests.
                 Key: XERCESJ-1561
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XERCESJ-1561
             Project: Xerces2-J
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Build
         Environment: eclipse
            Reporter: Chris Simmons
            Priority: Minor

I'm trying to get the unit tests in Xerces SVN working from eclipse - I see that someone else is using eclipse as there is an eclipse .settings folder there. It would be nice to get this committed.

Also, can you provide this as a patch so that it's obvious where to apply this file in the workspace?

Hi Chris,

I was searching for a CLA for you, but it doesn't appear that you have one on file [1]. A CLA is a required [2] by the project for enhancements. Can you fax or e-mail a signed CLA [3] to Apache?

Thanks.

[jira] [Updated] (XERCESJ-1561) Eclipse launch config to run unit tests.

Posted by "Chris Simmons (JIRA)" <xe...@xml.apache.org>.

Chris Simmons updated XERCESJ-1561:
-----------------------------------

    Attachment: xerces-java-trunk-tests.launch

A launch config. This is non-trivial as you have to faff with the classpath to get the right xml-parser-apis used. I also found that I had to specify various jaxp factories as system properties.
