Want to help. Africa needs all that Apache can offer and more. It is also
has the most untapped IT talent in the world.

Ross, I wonder if you might either update or delete this ToDo task. We
get requests to help on it several times a month, but it's no longer
really clear what needs to be done here. I'm still doing this "manually"
every week.
