I went through the cloud controller.xml.
I cant find any MB relatetd config in that file. May be im missing some trivial thing.
I impression was we maintain MB_IP in the puppet side.

Yes, cloud-controller.xml doesn't use amqpConnectionUrl property now. I in
fact removed them from both feature and template, but seems we have added
another config to
https://github.com/apache/incubator-stratos/blob/master/tools/stratos-installer/config/all/repository/conf/cloud-controller.xml
So, the correct fix would be to remove amqpConnectionUrl property from
https://github.com/apache/incubator-stratos/blob/master/tools/stratos-installer/config/all/repository/conf/cloud-controller.xmlwith
