uddi v3 api code in place

The api code is generated and checked in on the v3 branch. The uddi-api
module builds a uddi-api-3.0.2.jar. We have one unitest called
AuthInfoTest which demonstrates how to un/marshall xml fragments.

Cheers,

RE: uddi v3 api code in place

Just an update...I've been playing around with generating the web service
implementation from the WSDL. I've done it with both JAX-WS and Axis2.
There are some quirks we'll have to discuss. But anyway, Kurt, you were
right...running the wsdl code generation does in fact create all the api
classes based on the preferred binding technology.

I'll be out of pocket until Monday so we can discuss next week. Have a good
weekend.

Yep we're almost ready to finish up the jUDDI 2.0 release, so we're
starting UDDI v3

support. Wanna help? :)
