[DISCUSS] Remove geode-dotnet-core-client repo

It looks like the geode-dotnet-core-client repository is stale, and the code has moved to the geode-native repository. Is it ok to go ahead and remove the geode-dotnet-core-client repository? If so, I'll figure out how to make that happen. At a minimum we could commit a change that deletes all the code and leaves a README pointing to the new location.

Old Location: https://github.com/apache/geode-dotnet-core-client/
New Location: https://github.com/apache/geode-native/tree/develop/netcore

Ok. I created an INFRA ticket to delete the repo - https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-22301

Subject: RE: [DISCUSS] Remove geode-dotnet-core-client repo

Please do. We created this repo early on, when we thought .net core made more sense in it's own repo rather than as part of the native client repo. Since then, we've decided to put it in geode-native because we frequently have to update both C bindings and .net core pinvokes at the same time, and keeping the two repos in sync would be untenable or at least very difficult. Thus geode-dotnet-core-client is not in use and never really was, actively.

Thanks,

Blake
