    The solution is as follows :
   solution 1:
    Stand alone, and do not need to run stream storage and functions worker.
   ./pulsar-daemon start standalone -nss -nfw 
   solution 2: 
   Need a complete environment
   first step   :  ./pulsar-daemon start (standalone) -nss -nfw 
   second setp   : ./pulsar-daemon start functions-worker
   ./pulsar-daemon start stream-storage
