[RESULT] [VOTE] Release Apache Sling Oak-Based Discovery Service 1.2.40 and Sling Discovery Commons 1.0.28

Hi,

The vote has passed with the following result :

+1 (binding): Nicolas Peltier, Carsten Ziegeler, Eric Norman
+1 (non binding): Ashok Pelluru

I will copy this release to the Sling dist directory and
promote the artifacts to the central Maven repository.
