Cassandra Targett resolved SOLR-10690.

    Resolution: Fixed

In addition to removing some old include files that aren't used, I removed remaining traces of "feedback" links, which I had disabled earlier but didn't fully remove. This meant removing the options from {{_config.yml.template}}.
