> `ownerReferences` is used by Argo CD (https://argo-cd.readthedocs.io/en/stable/) to display relation between resources. Since there is no `ownerReferences` in jobmanager Deployment, Argo CD cannot know this Deployment is created by FlinkDeployment CR. Thus Argo CD cannot display full resources managed by FlinkDeployment CR.
