removes the dependencies also

Mike Billau commented on CB-5056:
---------------------------------
Just noting that it shouldn't remove dependencies if they were installed manually as a TLP.
> Removing a plugin with dependencies removes the dependencies also

> Key: CB-5056
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-5056
> Project: Apache Cordova
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: CLI, Plugman
> Affects Versions: 3.0.0, 3.1.0
> Environment: OSX
> Reporter: Dooms
>
> When upgrading a project from 3.0 to 3.1, I remove all plugins first, then re-add all plugins.
> The issue is with some plugins that have dependencies. E.g.
> org.apache.cordova.file-transfer
> org.apache.cordova.media
> Both rely on org.apache.cordova.file.
> But once one plugin removes this dependency, then other plugins that rely on it fail:
> [Error: ENOENT, no such file or directory '.../plugins/org.apache.cordova.file/plugin.xml'
