[VOTE] Label release 5.0.11 as beta
5.0.11 has been out for about a week now. I would like to label it as
a beta release, with following releases being beta or release
candidate quality.
A vote for yes means just a bit of an update to the Tapestry site,
replacing "preview" with "beta" and adding some more explanation.
A vote for no should be accompanied by a rationale for why, as in,
what unstable feature must go into Tapestry 5.0 before it can be a
beta.

Thanks for the information. I was confused and thought committers were
included as well. I feel like the people in Florida with the hanging chad.
In any case, my intent was to show my favor for 5.0.11 going beta. :)

This is just the general rule, the ASF says on binding votes that also votes from committers and
even developers can be binding and that it's to some extent a community-specific thing. We should
debate whose votes are binding and whose not though.

Daniel,
I don't think your vote is binding. Unless you've been added to the PMC,
it's not. Just a note for the future.
As for my vote, I'm wrapping up some personal matters and should be able to
get back in the Tapestry swing of things this weekend.
