Python bindings binaries

Hi all,

Any chance of releasing the Python bindings for win32 compiled against
Python 2.4? The current binaries references the python23.dll, so I'm unable
to use it on my 2.4 setup. Not many users (myself included) have any
experience of compiling this themselves on Windows, unfortunately.
