Pradeep Sanjeewa commented on MYNEWT-692:
-----------------------------------------
Hi,
I'm Pradeep Sanjeewa from Sri Lanka. I'm a second year Masters Student at University of Colombo School of Computing. During last summer I ported mynewt to STM32F4Discovery board. I'm interested in working on this project for this summer.
Thanks.

> Mynewt needs to have an Ethernet low-level layer driver/hal definition. Beyond proposing/discussing/defining how it needs to work, drivers should be added to the two most common ethernet supporting chips: K-64F and STM32Fxxx. Target BSPs that could make use of this are K-64F, STM32F767-Nucleo, STM32F429-Discovery and Olimex STM32-E407.
> PS: All STM32Fxxx based boards probably use the same enet peripheral which means one driver should suit them all!
