The inner classes MockServletContext and MockHttpServletResponse of the class
org.apache.velocity.test.VelocityServletTest do not implement some abstract
methods from the base class:

MockServletContext:
   public String getServletContextName()

   public Set getResourcePaths(String)


MockHttpServletResponse:
   public void resetBuffer()

   public String getContentType()

   public void setCharacterEncoding(String)
