Pls Help!! Uploading an image

HI,
I need help from any of you. I need a programme to upload an image to the database while submitting a form. If any one is having the source code pls help  me.

I use special bean from:
http://www.javazoom.net/jzservlets/uploadbean/uploadbean.html

Usually web servers don't support uploading because it's still RFC.
