When using Netscape 1.1 or MSie 2.0 (Win95 and NT 4.0) users cannot access
the virtualhost sites configured for the server.  But instead arrive at the
default web page for the server (in this case a modified red hat default opage).
Using Netscape 2.0 or greater or MSie 3.0 everthing works fine.  Note that
MSie 2.0 is the default Browser with Win95 and NT 4.0 workstation installs.
