*Step to Reproduce*

1.Login with valid username and password.
2.Navigate to ecommerce.
3.Navigate to shopping list.
4.Create a new shopping list.
5. Click on create new quote.

*Expected Result:* New Quote should be created.
*Actual Result:* Error message is displayed.
