For --module-path, if I'm not mistaken, there's a %modulepath, analog to %classpath which the plugin sets automatically, so it should be a matter of adding --module-path %modulepath to every line where -classpath %classpath occurs

A PR is unlikely anytime soon, since NetBeans is no longer my main IDE
