FYI - Changed the sample number ordering

Hi folks,

I have renamed most of the samples in-order for the sample numbering to be
consistent. Due to this reordering, there may be svn failures, in which case
you should delete the repository/conf/sample directory and get an SVN update
of synapse.

Will be updating the sample docs by tomorrow....
