After updating to cordova-android 11.0.0, the Android build fails with the following error(s):
I have tried everything possible, but am at a loss...
```

Looks like you're correct. There was an old plugin which caused the errors.

Seems like there is a misconfiguration, as version `20.3.0` doesn't appear to [exist](https://maven.google.com/web/index.html?q=com.google.android.gms#com.google.android.gms:play-services-auth)
I don't believe these dependencies are Cordova dependencies so it's likely a plugin. Can you please confirm?
