building jetspeed

I've got problems building jetspeed. I think it's because of the cactus
jars, I can't find the 2.2 and 2.3 version 1.2. The buttons in the forms,
and some welcome messages display wrong messages. Where can I find the
correct jars (I can only download beta1.5)
