This documentation should be submited in xdocs format.  The content is good, however, it overlaps with what is allready in xdocs and the effort to convert it isn't worth it.  Please feel free to resubmit as diffs to the current documentation.

Description:
After answering questions on the mail-list regarding the installation of Pluto, I felt it necessary to provide a full description (along with screenshots) of how to install Pluto and test its installtion. The document provides information on:

* Downloading and installing Tomcat
* Downloading and installing Maven
* Downloading and installing Tortoise for Subversion
* Downloading and installing Pluto
* Properly testing the Pluto installation

Please find and review the attached ZIP file containing the documentation in HTML format and the images needed by the HTML file.
