Hitesh, 

I am not sure I fully understand what you're asking for here - 

Do you want us to trigger builds based on JIRA activity?  If someone creates (or updates) a JIRA issue with the 'patch available' status ir triggers a build? 

If so, how do you propose this is done? I'm not aware of a way for JIRA to trigger external builds.
