[CANCEL] [VOTE] Release Apache Pekko(incubating) 1.0.0-RC2

I'll cancel this. Justin McLean says that we need 3 PPMC votes and we don't have those yet. I can't find any Incubator docs about the 3 PPMC votes rule but it does seem like a convention.

Hi,
It is mentioned in this doc as well: [1]

It reads:
->
When a Podling decides it wants to make an ASF release, the Podling
MUST hold a vote on their public dev list. At least three +1 PPMC
votes are required (see the Apache Voting Process page) and more +1
votes than -1 votes. If the vote passes, the Podling MUST send a
summary of that vote to the Incubator’s general list and request that
the Incubator PMC approve the release.

Hi,

There’s no need to cancel it - just put it on hold until you get the last needed vote.

For the process see [1] - “The vote is successful if there are at least three +1 votes from PPMC members, and more +1 than -1 votes from PPMC members."

Kind Regards,
Justin
