> There is code in LinearLayoutSoftKeyboardDetect that measures the layout to determine when the softkeyboard is hidden/shown. The events fire multiple times on start-up even though the keyboard isn't shown. From experience, the same technique can be used in JS to detect when the soft keyboard is shown, so I think we should just delete this code.
